Shipping and Delivery

What delivery costs

• Free standard delivery on orders of $75 or more, after any discount.
• $22 below $75. Below the threshold the only method offered is Express shipping.
• Express shipping $22 on any order, including orders of $75 or more, chosen in the cart.

How long it takes

Delivery time varies by location. Within Canada, allow 7 to 10 days, plus our 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time. Rural addresses and the days around a public holiday can add a little.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, each with its own tracking. If you already have a code, use our Track Your Parcel page.

Where we deliver

Canada wide, including Toronto Ontario, Montreal Quebec, Vancouver British Columbia, Calgary Alberta, Edmonton Alberta, Ottawa Ontario, Winnipeg Manitoba, Quebec City Quebec, Hamilton Ontario, Halifax Nova Scotia, Kitchener Ontario, London Ontario, Victoria British Columbia, Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Regina Saskatchewan. If you are outside Canada, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, it can be resent, but the second delivery may be charged.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, email theteam@kidsplayhouse.net with your order number. Your rights under your province's consumer protection legislation are not affected by anything on this page, and the refunds and returns page sets out what happens next.
