What a cookie is here

A small file or browser storage entry the site keeps in your browser. Some are needed for the shop to work at all, and some are optional.

Strictly necessary

These keep the cart, the delivery choice and the checkout working and cannot be switched off. Your cart is held in your browser's local storage rather than on our server, which is why clearing site data empties it.

Analytics

If you allow them, Google Analytics cookies tell us which pages get used and where people give up, so we can fix the site. They load only after you consent.

Payment and chat

Stripe and PayPal set their own cookies on their checkout pages. The chat assistant on this site may store a session identifier so a conversation continues between pages.

Changing your mind

Use the cookie settings link in the footer at any time. Turning something off stops it being set from that point; anything already stored can be cleared in your browser.
