What we supply
We supply products. We do not assemble, install, inspect or supervise them.
What is your responsibility
- Assembling, installing and anchoring each product as its instructions describe, and checking it before each use.
- Following the age guidance, weight limits and supervision advice for each product, and supervising children while they play.
- Checking that a product suits your space and your child before you order. We will help if you ask.
- Keeping the product in good condition, and stopping use if a part is damaged or missing.
What we do not exclude
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing here limits your rights under your province's consumer protection legislation, or under the federal Competition Act.
Business purchases
Where goods are supplied for the purposes of a business rather than to a consumer, the implied conditions and warranties in the applicable provincial sale of goods legislation are excluded to the extent that legislation allows. In that case our total liability in connection with the goods is limited to the price paid for them, and we are not liable for loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss.
Delays and availability
We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control or for a product becoming unavailable before dispatch; in that case we tell you and refund you in full.
